What this covers

This notice describes how Cue Cloud (“we”, “us”) handles information on cuecloud.io while the product is in waitlist / early access. It is not a substitute for a signed customer agreement once seats are live.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the site, the waitlist, and the Ask Cue assistant:

• Waitlist / Request access: work email, company name, company website, engineer-team size band, and product intent (CueCode, API, or both).
• Ask Cue gate: work email (verified for disposable / unreachable domains), plus the questions and answers in that chat session.
• Browser storage: Ask Cue session token and UI prefs (for example dock mode); theme preference in local storage.
• Operational logs: standard request metadata from our edge and origin (IP, user agent, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Evaluate and contact waitlist applicants about access waves and intro calls.
• Answer product questions via Ask Cue (messages are sent to our site-assistant backend and model provider).
• Keep the site reliable, rate-limit abuse, and debug failures.
• Improve messaging and capacity planning — not to sell your data.

Who processes it

We do not sell personal information. Processors that help run Cue Cloud today include:

• Hosting / edge: our origin servers and Cloudflare in front of cuecloud.io.
• Waitlist storage: Supabase (when configured) and a server-side backup log of leads.
• Ask Cue: our chat service and Google Gemini (or the configured model) to generate answers grounded in our public site brief.

Retention

Waitlist leads are kept until we close the list or you ask us to delete them. Ask Cue gate credentials expire (they are short-lived tokens in your browser). Chat transcripts may be retained briefly in logs for abuse review and quality, then discarded under normal log rotation. You can clear local storage in your browser anytime.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete waitlist data we hold about you, or to ask a privacy question. If you are in a region with additional rights (for example GDPR / CCPA), tell us which apply and we will honor them for this waitlist stage to the extent required.

Children

Cue Cloud is aimed at professional developers and teams. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

We will update this page when collection or processors change in a material way. The “Updated” date at the top is the source of truth.
