Terms of use
Rules for using cuecloud.io, the waitlist, and Ask Cue during early access.
Agreement
By using cuecloud.io, joining the waitlist, or using Ask Cue, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms cover the marketing site and early-access waitlist — not a paid Cue Cloud seat agreement (that comes later, when we issue access).
The service today
Cue Cloud is invitation-only while we ramp capacity. Published pages describe the product we intend to run: open coding models on hardware we operate, flat seats, and an OpenAI-compatible API. Features, pricing, and availability may change before your seat is live. Nothing on the site is a commitment of SLA, uptime, throughput, or model quality until we say so in writing for your account.
Waitlist and access
Submitting the access form does not guarantee a seat or a timeline. We may accept, defer, or decline applications. If we invite you, onboarding details (keys, console, billing) will be provided separately.
Ask Cue
Ask Cue is an informational assistant grounded in our public site brief. Answers can be incomplete or wrong. Do not treat them as legal, security, or contractual advice. Do not paste secrets, customer data, or confidential source into the chat.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Probe, scrape, or attack the site or assistant in ways that degrade service for others.
- Submit false identity information to the waitlist or abuse disposable email to bypass gates.
- Use Cue Cloud (once issued) for unlawful activity, malware, or to violate third-party rights.
- Resell or share seat credentials except as allowed in a future customer agreement.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and product copy are owned by Cue Cloud / CueCard AI or our licensors. CueCode is our IDE fork; it builds on Zed and carries Zed’s open-source licenses for upstream code. See the CueCode repository for license details.
Disclaimer
THE SITE AND WAITLIST ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of Ask Cue or the marketing site.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cue Cloud and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the site or waitlist. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site or waitlist will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Changes
We may update these terms as the product matures. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes to paid service terms will be handled in customer agreements.
